I've been trying to get my phone back working, and after talking with nokaimobile, they told me to do a hard reset on the phone and then run the update. However, when I do this I get nothing but a black screen, and the phone becomes completely unresponsive. I have the update from yesterday, and I've tried it with the phone plugged in and unplugged, and still nothing. I am running Windows 10 Enterprise x64.
